Delivery Rates

• Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland – Standard Delivery (1 – 3 working days): £4.99

• Rest of World – Standard Delivery (EU 1-2 working days / USA 1-3 working days /

Australia 2-5 working days): Calculated at checkout

All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please note that the regular shipping times listed above do not apply during busy sale periods. Please expect delays.

The following section details how our customers can return goods purchased from the website shopping cart and how refunds are calculated dependent on the cause for return.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 calendar days from delivery.

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The customer is liable for the cost of returns.

Please contact us to arrange this.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned products. We will refund you on the method used by you to pay.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel has been made using any fraudulent methods including hacks or vulnerabilities in our systems due to interference from outside parties.
